Site Manager

Title : Site Manager Wanted for a 6 Month Contract for a clean-room build in Oldham.

My client is seeking an experienced site manager for a 6-month contract for a clean-room build in Oldham. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure health & safety regulations are met, liaise with clients, and monitor budgets.

Requirements :

• Previous experience as a site manager in the construction sector
• SMSTS accreditation or equivalent qualification like a NEBOSH certificate
• CSCS card (Black) indicating advanced knowledge related directly towards managerial roles
• Previous exposure to constructing clean rooms is preferred

Remuneration :

This Outside IR35 position pays between £300 -£320 per day depending on qualifications / experience level.
