Position : Recruitment Consultant (Various Levels)

Location : Edinburgh

Salary : 28,000 - 45,000 (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the construction and property industry.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and market trends to provide strategic recruitment advice.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the construction or property sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with a desire to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
