Head of Marketing
Location : Cheshire
Full Time : Permanent
Hybrid : 2-3 days per week in the office
Salary : £60k to £70k DOE
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to spearhead our client’s marketing strategy and drive their next stage of growth. Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company that’s transforming communication, data, and cyber security.

You’ll take charge of developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes, working across all channels to unlock new opportunities and accelerate our client’s success.
The Role :
- Attain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive positioning to inform and shape responsive marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives.
- Gain in-depth insights into customer needs to guide the business in delivering services that enhance market share.
- Lead marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective and efficient allocation of resources.
- Develop and supervise the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and event-based mediums.
- Produce and maintain marketing materials, such as sales collateral, presentations, and website content.
- Create and oversee the product training platform and associated training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to ensure unified and consistent marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies and printers, to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of marketing assets.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with the media and other stakeholders to enhance promotion of the company’s products and services.
- Organise and manage events and sponsorships to elevate the company’s brand and promote its offerings..
Who are we looking for?
Degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.Proven experience in a marketing role within the SaaS sector, Tech or Business to Business space.Proven experience in conducting market research and analysis to shape marketing strategies and approaches.Demonstrable experience in developing and expanding digital marketing channels, including social media (such as LinkedIn), email marketing, and search engine optimisation.Strong analytical skills to assess and report on the impact of marketing activities.Evident commercial awareness with a keen understanding of market dynamics.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to senior management.High attention to detail and the ability to work independently, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Don’t meet every single requirement?
