Compensation : Fixed stipend + percentage commission from court resolution

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive junior legal mind — a newly licensed solicitor or experienced paralegal — to take the lead on a focused, real-world litigation case. This is a hands-on role, offering deep exposure to civil procedure, strategic filings, and court resolution, from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end litigation process against a known party
• Draft and file legal correspondence, claims, and responses
• Communicate with the courts, opposing parties, and involved stakeholders
• Work with founder / client to build a clean, strong, and compelling case
• Adapt and respond as the case evolves (ADR, settlement, or escalation)
• A recently licensed solicitor, or an experienced paralegal with litigation exposure
• Someone hungry for experience, visibility, and results
• Fluent in English; clear, strategic communicator
• Able to manage case momentum with minimal hand-holding
• Bonus : interest in commercial or civil disputes, or familiarity with small claims or contractual disputes in UK courts
• This is a hybrid structure :
• Attractive commission from any awarded or settled amount
• Ideal for candidates looking to build a portfolio, earn through performance, and make a visible impact
