Telephone Collections Agent - Sheffield
About the Role :
Join a growing team just north of Sheffield City Centre, supporting customers in resolving overdue debts and setting up realistic payment plans.
Hours & Pay :
- Full-time, 37.5 hours / week
- Shifts between 8am-8pm (Mon-Fri), with occasional Saturdays
- Basic salary up to £23,810 (DOE)
- Performance bonuses - realistic earnings £30,000+ per year
- Hybrid working available after 6 months (2 days from home)
