Position Overview :

Gravity is looking for aExchange Engineer to join our client’s global support team to provide engineering and technical support solutions for the end user computing environment. This individual will be a subject matter expert for Exchange Online and support of Email related systems and security.

The successful candidate will possess 2+ years of experience supporting messaging, collaboration, and mobile services to internal associates.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Provide day to day support for M365 with core focus on E-Mail services to ensure secure, proper and efficient operation. This will also include out of hours maintenance activities and 24 / 7 on-call support on rotation
• Ensuring the successful design and operational delivery of E-Mail and M365 services
• Maintain a secure M365 environment by being proactive and responsive to security vulnerabilities and implementation of security controls
• Continuously seek improvement and develop UEC services to provide efficiencies and document configurations, knowledgebase articles, and processes
• Implement resilient solutions and participate in disaster recovery tests to ensure business continuity plans are viable
