Looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager or a supervisor looking to step up to join a dynamic women’s fashion retailer at their Lakeside location with the opportunity to step in and make a real impact on the store's success.
About the Role :
As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high visual and commercial standards. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone confident in leadership and comfortable with high levels of direction.

- Experience in women’s fashion retail, with management or supervisory experience in a larger store environment.
- A strong focus on customer service and team leadership.
- Visual merchandising skills and confidence in working with commercial data.
