Job Description

Key responsibilities :

• Manage the collection of financial's from clients
• Ensure accurate financial records are maintained
• Prepare reports on account status
• Resolve client discrepancies and short payments
• Conduct credit checks on potential clients
• Monitor client account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Any ad-hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant

The successful Credit Controller requires :

• Experience working within a credit control role
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
