SEN Teaching Assistants Needed – Uxbridge AreaHarton Education is partnering with fantastic Primary SEN schools in the Uxbridge area, looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams after the Easter half-term break. These schools are investing in their staff and offering training and development opportunities, making this a great role for both experienced TAs and those new to SEN education.🔹 Position : SEN Teaching Assistant🔹 Location : Uxbridge🔹 Start Date : After Easter Half-Term🔹 Contract : Long-term with the option to go permanent🔹 Pay Rate : £105 - £115 per day (depending on experience)🔹 Hours : 08 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday🔹 Experience : Not essential – but engagement, commitment, and a passion for working with SEN students are a must!Role Duties :

• Supporting students in KS1 & KS2 with Autism, SEMH, and behavioral needs
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to help students engage and progress
• Supporting students with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
