The Role
As a Registered Nurse Team Leader , you will lead and support a team in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise the delivery of person-centred clinical support and interventions.
- Manage resources efficiently to maintain and improve care quality.
- Conduct thorough assessments and prepare clinical reports.
- Collaborate with key professionals to implement guidance and protocols.
- Complete regulatory alerts and notifications accurately and promptly.
- Lead and support clinical team members, fostering development and performance.
- Manage medication and clinical interventions, adhering to policies and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with the NMC Code of Practice.
- Maintain ongoing NMC registration and CPD.
- Demonstrate and uphold company values, ensuring safe, effective practices.
- Deputise for the Registered Manager as needed.
Requirements :
Previous experience working in a similar role.Experience in care settings as a Nurse or Clinical Nurse Lead.Registered Nurse Band 6 or above with an active PIN.Understanding of PEG, tracheotomy, and other clinical procedures.Familiarity with person-centred care and non-discriminatory practices.Knowledge of NMC codes of practice and regulatory responsibilities.Skilled in administrative tasks and computer literacy.Benefits :
