  • Provide first-line support for internal teams, including trainers and assessors
  • Deliver onboarding and training materials to support user engagement
  • Maintain and structure learning content (e.g. SCORM, H5P, CPD modules)
  • Monitor data / reporting to track learner engagement and platform performance
  • Collaborate with digital and curriculum leads to inform strategy and reporting (e.g. via Power BI)
  • Ensure compliance with data protection (GDPR), accessibility, and internal standards
  • Stay up to date with EdTech trends and LMS innovation

What we're looking for?

  • Strong experience managing LMS platforms, ideally Moodle or Moodle Workplace
  • Confidence using learning standards such as SCORM, LTI, xAPI
  • Experience with HTML / CSS for platform customisation
  • A solid grasp of eLearning tools like H5P, Articulate or Evolve
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving and user engagement
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines while ensuring platform reliability
  • It would be great if you also have :

  • Experience in apprenticeship or vocational training environments
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar dashboard / reporting tools
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG 2.2) and digital quality frameworks
  • Any professional digital learning accreditations (e.g. CMALT, Digital Learning Institute)
  • The Offer

  • Fully remote position with limited travel
  • Opportunity to shape and lead LMS strategy within a respected national training provider
  • Be part of an organisation making a real impact through vocational education
  • Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role. You must already be residing in the UK with full Right to Work to be considered.
