Overview
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Mechanical Fitter on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Install mechanical equipment for water treatment works.
- Work with and have an input in to risk assessments and method statements to ensure health and safety are always strictly adhered to.
- Ensure that you are following all company and client rules.
- Actively engage with management in the planning, organizing and delivery of work.
- Assist site teams with requisitioning of materials and equipment in a timely manner.
- Assist team leaders with day-to-day operations on site.
- Identify site issues and report to team leaders to ensure resolution.
- Key measures & targets
- Deliver projects to water industry standards within the IOS Framework, on time and to budget.
