Asic Design Project Manager

I am recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the mixed-signal IC products space, and we are looking for an experienced ASIC Project Manager / Programme Manager with a strong background in semiconductor development. If you have a proven track record in managing projects related to digital or analog design, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role :

As a Programme Manager , you will lead the full project lifecycle from concept through to production, focusing on performance leadership in mixed-signal IC products. You will work closely with multi-functional silicon development teams to meet internal and customer commitments, ensuring alignment across all organisational levels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide end-to-end programme management for mixed-signal IC development, with a focus on digital or analog design.
• Collaborate with engineering, management, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and project transparency.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to drive efficiency and deliver repeatable, high-quality results.
• Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and maintain project momentum within budget and timelines.
• Champion lessons learned to continuously improve processes and avoid known issues.
