What’s involved?
As a Relief Chef de Partie you will be working alongside a small team, assisting them with the preparation and service of food for a busy Golf Club.
You will be preparing and cooking breakfasts, snacks & lunches whilst also being part of the team making food for special events (e.g. Golf Days and meetings)
Candidates will stand a better chance if they have previous experience at 2 AA Rosette level, but training will be given.
