Job description

The Role : As the HR Business Partner (Learning & Development), you will be responsible for mapping out and delivering the Learning & Development strategy across the organisation. This newly created role presents a unique opportunity to shape and drive the future of employee learning and development. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs and design strategic L&D initiatives that align with company objectives, enhance performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.This position will be predominantly an office based role, initially a contract for 12-18 months, however this could lead to a permanent role.Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development and implementation of the company’s L&D strategy, ensuring it aligns with the business's goals and values.
  • Work with senior leaders to identify learning needs and design tailored development programmes to address key skills gaps and support organisational growth.
  • Create a structured approach to talent development, incorporating leadership development, technical training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of both in-person and virtual learning solutions, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning programmes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives through data-driven insights, feedback, and performance metrics, continuously improving offerings.
