The Role : As the HR Business Partner (Learning & Development), you will be responsible for mapping out and delivering the Learning & Development strategy across the organisation. This newly created role presents a unique opportunity to shape and drive the future of employee learning and development. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs and design strategic L&D initiatives that align with company objectives, enhance performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.This position will be predominantly an office based role, initially a contract for 12-18 months, however this could lead to a permanent role.Key Responsibilities :
