Job Description
- Manage and maintain contractual documentation to ensure compliance
- Regularly liaise with the construction team and subcontractors
- Handle incoming queries and provide relevant information
- Maintain a well-organised filing system for all project documents
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Facilitate efficient communication between various departments
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Construction department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Administrator should have :
- A strong understanding of administration within the property industry
- Proficiency in document control and handling
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders
- Competence in using office software, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively as part of a construction team
