Job description

Position : Key Stage 2 Teacher

Starting Date : 2nd September 2024

The Governors of a Kirkby-based Primary School are looking for an inspiring, enthusiastic teacher to join their school team.

Important information :

This post is to teach a lower KS2 class.

School would welcome applications from ECTs.

This post is a Full time, fixed term, maternity cover.

The successful candidate will :

Have previous experience in schools, teaching KS2;
Be an excellent classroom practitioner who delivers engaging lessons which inspire children;
Be proactive and effective in working with others and developing strong, positive relationships to promote learning;
Be able to support the progress, aspirations and well-being of every child;
Show commitment to the Christian ethos of school;
Have excellent behaviour management skills.
