This care home offers high quality care around the clock, including 24-hour nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia, who may also have other long-term medical conditions

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include :
To ensure the delivery outstanding levels of care to all residents in a safe, welcoming, caring and stimulating environment, whilst increasing profitability and developing brand awareness through occupancy and fee rate growthOverall responsibility for all services and, levels of service, provided to the residents through well trained, competent, motivated and excited employeesMaintain excellent relationships with the RQIA complying with legal and statutory requirements and representing the Home as the Registered ManagerAct as an ambassador to represent the heart and face of the home to key decision-makers building a sound reputation within the local community and ensuring yours is the local “home of choice” and working towards excellenceWork with the Operations Manager and wider operational support team to drive sales, margin growth and new service development to deliver consistently positive home performance measured against agreed KPIsThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role :
Commitment to delivering high quality carePrevious managerial experience in a similar environmentStrong working knowledge of regulatory standardsFine tuned decision making skillsExcellent organisational and communication skillsFlexibility and strong “can do” attitudeThe successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £50,000 per annum.
