Job descriptionTwo years of car dealership experience OR experience in an aftermarket repair facility as an automotive technician Experience working on ADAS systems is an advantage Proficient in identification of faults on vehicles, module corrections, error messages etc OEM scan tool and / or aftermarket scan tool experience and knowledge. Experience of performing necessary diagnostic tests and have experience of working on ADAS systems, mobile OR in a workshop. Strong Automotive mechanical and electrical diagnosis, problem solving and repair experience Strong computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office and web application software

Job Function
- Act as a primary point of contact to customers and fellow technicians.
- Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and employees on a consistent basis.
- Triage customer jobs and calls to ensure a timely response and resolution of queries.
- Performing all necessary diagnostic Scans
- Quickly learn how to evaluate information and data and provide comprehensive interpretation of technical information
- Drive customer service by assuring timely positive feedback
