Location : Rugby - (CV21 2NH)

Work Schedule : Potentially 2 days at one site and 1 day at another site, both near the provided postcode.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Engagement : Work primarily with clients from the engineering industry, food manufacturing, local authorities, and laboratories.
  • Expert Advice : Provide expert advice and support to ensure the highest standards of occupational health.
  • Team Collaboration : Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver outstanding health services.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Autonomous Workload Management : Prioritise and manage your own workload effectively.
  • Vaccination and Blood Tests : Deliver vaccinations and blood tests in line with current protocols, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Client-Focused Service : Adopt a client-focused approach in all service delivery.
  • Case Management : Efficiently manage and deliver reports in a timely manner.
  • Health Assessments : Conduct pre-employment health assessments and health surveillance programmes.
  • Health Promotion : Carry out health promotion and education activities.
  • Safety Awareness : Participate in safety awareness initiatives within the organisation.
  • Protocol Development : Assist in developing protocols and maintaining standards of practice.
  • Database Management : Organise and maintain databases for mandatory documents.
  • Confidential Record-Keeping : Maintain confidential and accurate electronic and written occupational health records.
  • Knowledge : Understanding of equality and diversity, occupational health issues, relevant legislation, and confidentiality.
  • Skills : Excellent communication, IT proficiency (MS Office), interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, initiative, resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and team player.
  • Qualifications : SCPHN (Part 3 NMC).
  • Experience : Using OH database or similar.
