Work Schedule : Potentially 2 days at one site and 1 day at another site, both near the provided postcode.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Work primarily with clients from the engineering industry, food manufacturing, local authorities, and laboratories.
- Expert Advice : Provide expert advice and support to ensure the highest standards of occupational health.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver outstanding health services.
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
Autonomous Workload Management : Prioritise and manage your own workload effectively.Vaccination and Blood Tests : Deliver vaccinations and blood tests in line with current protocols, ensuring accurate record-keeping.Client-Focused Service : Adopt a client-focused approach in all service delivery.Case Management : Efficiently manage and deliver reports in a timely manner.Health Assessments : Conduct pre-employment health assessments and health surveillance programmes.Health Promotion : Carry out health promotion and education activities.Safety Awareness : Participate in safety awareness initiatives within the organisation.Protocol Development : Assist in developing protocols and maintaining standards of practice.Database Management : Organise and maintain databases for mandatory documents.Confidential Record-Keeping : Maintain confidential and accurate electronic and written occupational health records.Knowledge : Understanding of equality and diversity, occupational health issues, relevant legislation, and confidentiality.Skills : Excellent communication, IT proficiency (MS Office), interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, initiative, resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and team player.Qualifications : SCPHN (Part 3 NMC).Experience : Using OH database or similar.Additional Requirements :
