Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, is seeking an Order Processor to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities :

  • Accurately and efficiently process all sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email, providing exemplary service and resolving any issues with a friendly demeanour.
  • Collaborate with the team to complete all administrative duties and maintain organised records.
  • Be adaptable and support different teams within the organisation when needed, fostering personal growth and development.

Key Requirements :

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to efficiently handle customer inquiries.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Adaptability and willingness to support various teams, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

    • Salary : £23,

    Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm with a half-hour lunch break

    Location : Throckley - free on site parking available
