The Restaurant is set withinour Audley Retirement village, the village has its own health club,library, fine dining restaurant, bar and luxury suites. Audleyvillages comprises of owners, who permanently reside on site withintheir own private homes but also hosts external customers. As our Restaurant Supervisor you will bean integral part in the smooth running of Audley villages andyou’ll supervise the team to ensure that Audley Owners and ExternalCustomers have the highest quality of service andexperience.

You will ensure the team adhere tolegislative requirements such as COSHH, Fire safety, Health &Safety and Safeguarding of our owners. You will maintain highstandards of comfort, cleanliness and hygiene throughout thebistro, restaurant and customer areas.

You willset and maintain the highest standards of dress appearance and beequipped to deal with sudden employee shortages being able todeputise in any job capacity. Deal with complaints in a warm andempathetic way, as necessary.

TheIdeal Candidate :

• Food and beverage management experience in a 4
• or higherhospitality environment.
• Knowledge of cashhandling procedures, stock, wastage and par level control, rotasand unexpected situations.
• Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and driven by standards and salesopportunities.
• Excellent organisation skillswith the ability to prioritise and produce creativesolutions.
• Hands on and flexible approach inorder to be able to carry out a variety of tasks to the need of thevillage.
