Art Teacher

St Helens

Prospero Teaching are looking for an Art teacher to work in a secondary school from September 2024. This will be on a part time basis. You will also be expected to teach all key stages from KS3 & 4. The successful candidate will be able to provide exceptional support to students and demonstrate good behaviour and classroom assistant / management.

You must have experience working in a similar role within secondary schools to be considered.

Location – St Helens
Position – Art Teacher
Start date – September 2024
Duration – Ongoing
Contract type – Full Time
Minimum rate of pay – £120 per day
Hours – 8 : 15AM – 4 : 00PM Monday to Friday

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant teaching qualification

Previous experience working in a school

Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, training can be provided)

Up to date Prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, training can be provided)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST :

Hold Right to Work in the UK

Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

Provide two professional child related references
