Job description

Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced Project Manager, within the Engineering sector, to join and strengthen our client's existing team in Kilmarnock .

What's on offer?

A permanent position
Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week (with an early finish on Friday)
40,000 to 45,000 per annum (DOE)

Working as a Project Manager you will be involved in the decommissioning of wheelshop machinery, with your duties including, but not limited to :

Liaising with stakeholders to ensure the project is competed to their satisfaction

Managing, supervising and planning work execution for Projects and new developments

Providing resolution for problems

Maintaining Projects schedules and reporting on status

To be successful within this role as a Project Manager you will have previous experience of working on decommissioning projects in an industrial / manufacturing setting, combined with the following skills and traits :

Excellent communication skills

In possession of relevant project management qualifications (preferred, but not essential)

Problem solving skills

Being commercially aware
