Care Assistant (Must be a driver)

Care Assistant Benefits :

  • Generous pay rates £12.75 + 45p per mile (for car drivers) and your travel time

Requirements for the Care Assistant :

  • Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and alternate weekends; weekend-only positions also available
  • Caring and compassionate attitude towards people in need of care
  • Respect for individuals with various medical conditions, backgrounds, and beliefs, and a strong commitment to non-discriminatory practice
  • Excellent reliability
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to support individuals with daily living tasks while respecting their dignity, independence, choices, and privacy
  • Effective workload prioritization skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate written and electronic records and follow reporting procedures
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and instructions

  • Monday to Friday
