Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR who are a leading global engineering, construction, and services company.

KBR support the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents. Serving their customers through diverse business units, KBR offer challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.

We are looking to recruit a PSM Development Manager on a 12 month contract based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Competitive hourly pay rate
Outside IR35, highly likely so engagement through a LLC is permitted
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

Purpose of the Role

To lead the development and implementation of a Process Safety Management system for a major operating organisation. The PSM will be based on the EI Framework : scope will develop approved detailed EI Elements documents, following EI process with logic flow diagrams, action descriptions and performance measurement

Responsibilities / Experience

Deliverables to be produced includes PSM training material, and delivery of same.

Provide technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers.

Expert level understanding of Process Safety Management systems and related safety management practices (hazard assessment, bowties, safety critical elements, performance standards etc.)

Development of PSM systems and / or managing PSM at an operating facility

Able to check and confirm completeness of deliverables

Minimum of 10 years related experience, with average experience of 15+ years.
