What youll do
Actively manage some of the largest Corporate Accounts and TMCs relationships across The Hoxtons London Cluster. This includes building great relationships with some big names and entertaining regularly within the hotels as well as leading on annual rate negotiations and maximising our market shareWork with the Area Director of sales to implement and drive strategic decisions across the four hotelsWork with the Area Director of Sales and the proactive sales team to build Account Management Plans preparing and executing creative sales strategies to maximise our revenue opportunitiesUse initiative to generate new business leads across all segments through market research utilising Agency 360 data and liaising with the Global Sales teamGet involved in supporting coaching and mentoring the junior members of the sales teamPay attention to the commercials and monitor new market trends absorbing the monthly figures and tweaking sales strategies accordingly to ensure budgets are met throughout the yearRepresent The Hoxton at industry networking events and sales trips.Organise show rounds familiarisation trips office visits and presentations to enhance The Hoxtons exposure amongst Key Decision Makers in the industryUtilise the ACCOR systems to maintain up-to-date account information and assess lead opportunitiesWork with Accor in building strong partnerships and driving share from Accor managed accountsWork towards Corporate Consortia & Group revenue goals and team KPIsCross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globallyWhat were looking for
