Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for :

• Assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect.
• Recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
• Acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
• Practicing safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
