Relief Support Worker

What will the role involve? Supporting residents with day-to-day care needs Assisting people to develop life skills and build confidence Helping individuals stay connected with the community Supporting personal interests, activities, and routines Encouraging independence wherever possible Contributing to care plans and attending reviews Administering medication under supervision Working shifts that could include days, evenings, weekends, or overnight cover

What do you need to apply?

• A recognised qualification at HNC Social Care (minimum Level 2) or willingness to work towards SVQ Level 3
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and internet use)
• A caring, compassionate approach
• Flexibility to work on an as and when basis
• Membership of the PVG Scheme
• Registration with the SSSC
