We form part of a larger organisation and specialise in headhunting services, offering tailored solutions to meet diverse hiring needs. As our headhunting division continues to grow, we need additional support to meet the increasing demand for top-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting vacancies, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to clearly define role requirements and hiring timelines.

Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Management

  • Proactively source potential candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, and referrals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring requirements.
  • Candidate Engagement and Experience

  • Conduct initial screening conversations to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific positions.
  • Provide regular communication and feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders

  • Work closely with hiring managers to establish recruitment strategies and set realistic expectations.
  • Keep relevant parties informed of progress, including any challenges or changes in the market.
  • Compliance and Market Insights

  • Stay informed about European employment regulations and hiring trends to ensure recruitment practices are compliant and up to date.
  • Offer guidance on best practices to maintain consistency and efficiency across the hiring process.
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven Recruitment Experience : Demonstrable success in recruiting across various roles and levels, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regional Expertise : Solid knowledge of the European job market, including relevant employment laws.
  • Technical Proficiency : Comfortable using online sourcing platforms and professional networks.
  • Excellent Communication : Strong written and spoken English skills; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Organisational Skills : Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines effectively.
  • Adaptability : Ready to pivot as priorities change and maintain a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
