Are you looking to kickstart your teaching career after obtaining QTS or are you looking to extend your career as an already established primary teacher? Here at Prospero we are on the lookout for Primary school teachers of all experience!

Through us if you have just graduated you can complete your NQT hours through us and an external mentor that will be provided via the EWC.

Supply Teacher Contract / Position Details

  • Location – Builth Wells
  • Position – Primary School Teacher
  • Type of work – Class teaching, marking, assessment where applicable
  • Start date – ASAP
  • Likely Duration – Ongoing supply with permanent potential
  • Position end date – N / A
  • Contract type – Temporary
  • Full-time potential
  • Minimum rate of pay – £ per day
  • Hours – 8 : 30am-15 : 30pm (term time only)

Supply Teacher Experience, Training and Qualifications

  • It is essential that you have QTS and experience working in a Primary school.
  • Up to date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.
  • Strong Behaviour Management skills are a must.

    • To be eligible for any teaching job with Prospero Teaching, you must

  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
  • Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application.
  • Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
  • Provide two professional child related references.
