About our Nursery

Join our dedicated team at Busy Bees in Droitwich, an Ofsted-rated Good facility with a capacity for 86 children. Our experienced staff provides quality care, and our newly refurbished center features a large outdoor play area, with a Forest School program coming soon. We collaborate with a local care home to enrich children's experiences. Located just a 10-minute walk from the train station and accessible via bus routes, we offer free staff parking. We also provide a flexible four-day work week, supporting your career development in early childhood education.

What to Expect as an Early Years Teacher

  • Lead planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities aligned with the early years curriculum, using your expertise in the EYFS framework.
  • Observe, assess, and plan for your key children, providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
  • Mentor and guide team members, contributing to curriculum development.
  • Take on the role of Key Person, maintaining relationships with families and supporting children with SEND / ASL needs.
  • Create a safe, inclusive environment supporting emotional and social development.
  • Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
  • Ideal Candidate

  • Hold QTS, EYTS, or EYPS qualification.
  • Extensive experience in an early years setting, ideally as a Nursery Teacher or Early Years Teacher.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
