Interim Employee Relations Lead

My Public Sector client, based in Kent / Sussex has a great opportunity for an experienced HR / ER professional to join the established team initially on a fixed term contract based to drive forward change and improvement.

Joining the team at a time of exciting change and transformation this is a great role to improve processes, track, allocate and escalate case work and manage, coach and develop the team. Supporting line managers to be proactive and timely will also be key.

This is hybrid role with onsite approx. 2 days per week.
