Job descriptionElectrical, Control and Instrumentation experience Educated to a minimum of ONC level CompEX EX01-EX04 preferably Experience with PLC's or DCS Previous experience implementing projects Formal Health and Safety training would be an advantage Experience in SAP PM or similar would be beneficial Healthcare insurance Company pension and pension advice All PPE is supplied and laundered Free vending Free parking available on site Sports and Social club
A leading chemical manufacturing company based in Harwich are looking to recruit an Control and Instrumentation Engineer into their team. The successful candidate will ensure the maintenance and compliance of electrical, control and instrumentation assets across the site.
Duties :
- Install, repair, calibrate, refurbish, and replace electrical and instrumentation systems
- Inspection of system to BS EN60079
- Preventive inspection of assets
- Plan and implement engineering work on site including the control of contractors
