Administrator with Customer Care Skills

Tardis Environmental UK Ltd are a well-established portable toilet and tanker hire business that operate a large fleet of HGV and LGV vehicles across various locations situated throughout the UK.

We hire temporary waste and water solutions from 1000ltr waste and water storage tanks up to 30.000ltr storage tanks. Currently members of FORS and hold Gold accreditation.

We are currently looking to recruit an Administrator with Customer Care skills based at our Telford depot.

Hours : Between 8am 6pm

Salary : £28,000 to £30,000 (depending on experience)

Tardis Environmental are looking for a member of staff to add to our customer service team, applicants must have excellent customer service skills and be able to deal with customers in a professional and understanding manner, must be able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work as a team but also independently.

Responsibilities to include :

• Administrator with customer care sills will deal with telephone calls and queries
• Data entry
• Order processing
• Chasing damage claims
