Senior Dynamics Developer

WRK digital are proud to be working with a well-respected client in the Financial Services sector who are on an exciting digital transformation journey. The business is a Microsoft Certified Partner and winner of The Times “Best Companies to Work For “ in recent years.

They are looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer to join them and to enhance an established back-end team working with C#. They are highly customer focused, putting the user at the heart of what they do. They are looking for someone who ideally shares the same values and is eager to contribute to team success and growth.

The company wants to help its customers enjoy significant moments like buying a first property and provide support to those in need of financial help, they are not just interested in processing transactions. Your work would have a key, positive impact on customers and staff, making information easily accessible and available in times of need.

The tech knowledge required is as follows :

• Excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365 & the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
• Experience with design and delivery of Microsoft Applications.
• Configuration of CRM, customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations
• Experience in Azure infrastructure and its tools (ie Azure API manager)
• Knowledge of PowerApps Suite.
• Knowledge of C#

The onsite requirement is flexible ideally with 2 days a month onsite, and the company’s HQ is Yorkshire based.

There is a real focus on learning and development with some outstanding progression opportunities with different career paths available, depending on your personal interests. They can also offer 2 full days a month devoted to L&D which are paid by the company.

The starting salary is £61,000 with a discretionary bonuses that has paid out at 10% last year.

The business also offers private medical to all employees and a scheme through which you can buy and sell holiday days. The holidays entitlement is 25 days + bank holidays.

There is a flexible pension scheme with employer contribution of up to 10%.
