Interaction Recruitment are looking for Recycle / Site Operatives to work for one of the UK's leading waste management companies, across various Household Waste Sites based in Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster. You will be required to work at more than 1 site during a week so access to your own transport would be beneficial but not essential. Please note that this is note that this is not a full time role and is more ad hoc, with some weeks and months busier than others.

General duties will include :

Ideal candidates will be hard working with a 'can do' attitude, willing to work outdoors in all weather, be friendly and approachable to members of the public, have good communication skills and be flexible in their approach to work.

The successful candidates will work on a rota system covering multiple sites across 7 days. Therefore, you must be willing and able to work weekends. Shift times will vary depending on sites worked and will fall between 8.30am to 7pm. Pay Rates start at £11.44p / hr across all shifts for the first 12 weeks. After 12 weeks Saturdays are paid at £12.94p / hr and Sundays at £16.44p / hr.
