Job descriptionSupport tax provisions and tax reporting processes. Develop procedures to improve compliance and reporting processes. Review intercompany agreements and supporting documentation. Support the UK Senior TaxManager on preparing transfer pricing documentation. Support field tax audits as required. Assist the UK Senior Tax Manager on special projects.
Tax Manager, UK required to assist the Tax Manager in tax reporting, tax compliance and implementation of tax plans for the United Kingdom. Requirements
- Commercial experience as a tax practitioner ideally in a large, multinational or Enterprise organization.
- Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, etc.) essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or above required.
