In this hands-on teaching role, you will deliver ship handling instruction using manned models on our unique lake environment. You’ll work with learners from diverse maritime backgrounds, supporting them to build confidence and competence in ship handling in a safe, realistic setting.

We’re looking for individuals with significant experience in ship handling, ideally as a Master Mariner, Marine Pilot, or Tug Master who possess excellent communication and instructional skills with a strong safety mindset and attention to detail.

This role offers flexible working arrangements and would suit recently retired professionals or active mariners looking to share their expertise on a part-time basis.
