Zest Education is currently working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Stafford, and we are looking to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.

About the Role : This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and eager to support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to help pupils access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities :

Supporting pupils in small groups and on a one-to-one basis

Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

Providing tailored support for pupils with additional learning needs

Preparing classroom resources and supporting lesson planning when required
