ABOUT THE ROLE
- Managing and improving the estimating process.
- Lead Tender Submissions
- Reviewing Subcontractor Quotes
- Reviewing, Submitting & Controlling Variations
- Managing RFI’s
- Preparing & Submitting Valuations
- Identifying Value Engineering Opportunities
- Ensuring Contract Adherence
- Developing Relationships with Clients for Opportunities
Full-Time Core hours are 08 : 30 to 17 : 00 but we would expect you to get to the site promptly to attend meetings as required and to ensure the Client’s expectations are met as and when required.
