The Role

You will join our collaborative Research & Delivery team, partnering closely with lead consultants to deliver mandates for a diverse range of clients.

Your core responsibilities will include :

• Building and maintaining high-quality candidate pools across different sectors and geographies
• Conducting detailed market mapping and targeted outreach
• Screening and assessing candidates, managing them through the search process
• Supporting client briefings and delivering clear, timely communication throughout the project
• Collaborating with consultants on business development initiatives

Experience in sourcing and candidate search is important. But even more critical are :
