ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you’ll craft precise technical drawing packages using AutoCAD, conduct thorough building surveys, and engage in pivotal site meetings alongside our esteemed Clients and project team. Communication is key, as you’ll interact with Clients and Subcontractors via phone and email, ensuring seamless information flow. Managing drawing packs, revisions, liaising with internal teams and Building Control will be central to your impactful contributions.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential qualifications include 0-4 years of AutoCAD expertise, coupled with a background in technical design or drawing-based education or practical experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, is crucial. Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and familiarity with Commercial Office Design & Build (D&B) are necessary. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of current Building Regulations, measured building survey experience, and a track record of handling diverse project sizes. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup is highly valued for this role.
