Ashton Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Final Assembly Supervisor for our client based in Ballynahinch.
Role : Final Assembly Supervisor
Location : Ballynahinch
Rate of pay : £14.00 - £16.00 per hour depending on experience + 50p per hour timekeeping bonus on completion of 40 hpw
Hours of work : 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4pm Friday (40hpw)
Main duties and responsibilities :
- Oversee final assembly process
- Job planning with existing team
- Work closely with suppliers, operators and other internal departments to manage stock
- Oversee quality tests, pre dispatch
- Implementation of LEAN tools and principles
- Stock control and administration.
