Client : Leading Financial Services Company with a Global Presence
Contract : 12-month Contract
Location : Hybrid (London, 2 days onsite)
Rate : £380 a day PAYE
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our clients integrated marketing team. This role is crucial for driving our go-to-market (GTM) strategies and key marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will blend strategic planning with hands-on execution, operating as a commercial driver for the business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning & Execution : Develop, write, and execute comprehensive GTM plans and briefs.
- Commercial Ownership : Drive paid media lead generation strategies and oversee media activations and email nurture series.
- Performance Marketing Expertise : Leverage in-depth knowledge of PPC, social media, and content syndication programs focused on customer acquisition.
- Project & Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with multiple teams, manage agency relationships, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management : Accountable for managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
- Marketing Analytics : Interpret and analyze marketing data, working closely with marketing analysis teams to optimize channel performance and cost per acquisition.
Key Skills and Qualifications :
Experience : Approximately 8 years in a similar role within a SaaS business, challenger bank, or startup environment.Project Management : Strong skills in managing complex projects and coordinating with various stakeholders.GTM Methods : Proficiency in different GTM strategies, including events and long-form content.Performance Marketing : Expertise in performance marketing, including PPC, social media, and content syndication.Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret data and drive insights for marketing optimization.Collaboration : Ability to work closely with content designers and product marketing teams to segment personas and target audiences effectively.Account-Based Marketing (Nice to Have) : Awareness and understanding of account-based marketing strategies.If this sounds of interest to you, please apply now or email an updated CV.
