Marine engineer

Job summary

I am seeking on behalf of my client multiple Marine Engineer's to join their team based in either Southampton or Portsmouth to carry out service, diagnostic, repair, overhaul and installation work on site and at workshops.

Job description

Marine engineers will work on a range of boats ranging from individual boat owners and operators to major UK boat builders including leisure and commercial marine sectors.

Duties include :

Servicing

Diagnostics

Repairs

Overhaul

Installation

A marine engineering background is required with also experience in any of the below engines :

• Volvo Penta
• Yanmar
• Caterpillar

Hours

• Mon-Fri (8 : 30am-5 : 00pm)
• Overtime available (X1.5 in the week and on Saturday's and X2 on Sunday's)
