Job description

Production Team member - MIX & WEIGH

Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm

Location : Cook Classics Kitchen – Sittingbourne

Pay : £12.60 per hour (including paid breaks)

Join the Mix & Weigh team! Be the vital link between cooking and dishing. Ensure smooth operations, uphold quality, and make every bite Remarkable!

The Role

  • Mix, weigh, and measure ingredients and products to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Follow recipes closely and perform final checks to ensure the next department receives all elements of the dish. Consistency is key, so a full understanding of specifications is necessary.
  • Test samples of products to ensure they meet specifications.

Good to Have

  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in catering.
  • Experience in food manufacturing or production is advantageous.

    • Additional Skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a small team and communicate clearly.
  • Experience working in a kitchen environment is desirable.
