Salary : £23,370.00 -£24,429.00 FTE

Employer Pension Contribution : £21.8% (£5,094.66 -£5,325.52 FTE)

The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for a receptionist to join our Hair and Beauty Team to work in our onsite salon to provide outstanding customer service provision to clients, students and teaching staff on a term time basis.

The Role

In this challenging and rewarding role you will provide a high-quality customer service provision to clients, students and teaching staff.

About You

You must have previous experience of working in a busy customer orientated environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential for this role. You will have numeracy and literacy skills at level 2 or above and an NVQ level 3 in Customer Care or Business Administration. You will have experience of inputting appointments and promoting products and services to internal and external customers.
