We are looking for a Senior Associate / Principal to join our team in London. You will get to work on fabulously diverse and exciting projects, engaging with Clients such as Bayer, Global Radio, Diageo, MetLife, Kenvue, Nomad Foods (Birds Eye), Synectics, Canon.

As an Incite Atlantic, you will be delivering complex, strategic projects for senior stakeholders, working collaboratively with your team members, and taking on responsibility for shaping clients’ brands and businesses. You will possess a strong research skillset, especially in the design, execution, and analysis of quantitative research. This is a unique opportunity for you to step up into a role where you will be challenged every day and demonstrate the ability to think on your feet and work in partnership with clients. You will be supported by some of the best mentors in the business.

What we are looking for

As part of Incite UK, Principals need to demonstrate the following :

  • Curiosity and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to run some projects independently and to play significant role in our large-scale, strategic programmes
  • Hands-on use of Incite’s consulting toolkit (training will be provided but experience in consultative insight solutions a benefit)
  • Good knowledge and experience of solutions and analysis techniques.
  • Ownership of all executional elements of project.
  • Excellent analysis and interpretation skills to answer client questions
  • Ability to communicate implications and insights clearly and with confidence
  • To lead workshop preparation and play key role in delivery

Skills, knowledge

  • Solid ad hoc research and consultancy experience at an established agency
  • Evidence with the design, execution, and analysis of quantitative research projects
  • Strong project management skills
  • Evidence of client contact and management
  • Strong analytical skills, using SPSS and multivariate techniques. Experience of Q is an advantage but not essential

    The cycle comprehends three interviews :

    1st interview – 45 minutes with two senior members - virtual

    2nd interview with task – 1.5 hour – office

    3rd Stage – 20 minutes – Meet our MD - virtual
