Our client, a leading provider of air traffic control services, is seeking 2 Technical Trainers with a background in Electronics Engineering to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves teaching early engineering concepts, data communications, and more, to both internal staff and external customers. This position offers a mix of in-person and hybrid teaching opportunities in Fareham, Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities :

• Delivering technical training to internal engineering staff and external customers
• Teaching early engineering concepts, communications data, and other relevant subjects
• Developing and implementing training schedules and materials
• Providing classroom-based and hybrid training sessions
• Collaborating with internal teams to assess training needs and effectiveness
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies
• Ensuring a high standard of training delivery and participant engagement
